Planning a wedding can be fun, but it would be great to have a friend with wedding expertise to ask about certain things along the way. That’s me. Call me when you need me, but I’ll let you do the bulk of the planning.

Closer to your wedding day, don’t you wish you could have someone make sure you haven’t forgotten any details? I’ll do that. You’ll enter your wedding week confident that everything has been thought of.

On your wedding day, I’ll work with your vendors to make sure we’re all on the same page, help your family and wedding party enjoy themselves by making sure they have what they need, and guide your guests along throughout the event. When people come to you, you can point them to me and continue enjoying your wedding day as you should.

I’m there as your spokesperson, your clock, and your helper, but also your friend. We’ll have fun together, because you’ll know all the stressors are being taken care of!

  • Vendor coordination — I’ll reach out to your vendors before the wedding and become their main point of contact so you can step back and relax

  • Detail review — A few months out, we’ll go through everything to make sure nothing’s been missed
  • Rehearsal direction — I’ll run your rehearsal so your wedding party knows exactly what to expect

Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between a wedding coordinator and a wedding planner?
A full-service wedding planner is typically involved from the very beginning — helping you choose a venue, find vendors, and design every detail. A day-of coordinator like me lets you handle the fun parts of planning, and then steps in to manage the logistics, timeline, and vendor communication leading up to and on your wedding day. It’s perfect for couples who enjoy planning but want a pro running the show when it counts.

How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better! I’m available to answer questions and give advice from the moment you book. Most couples reach out 6 to 12 months before their wedding, but I’ve worked with couples who booked just a few weeks out. If your date is still open on my calendar, it’s not too late.

Do you travel to my venue?
Yes! I’m based in Talking Rock, GA and coordinate weddings throughout North Georgia and Southeast Tennessee — from the mountains to the metro Atlanta suburbs. Check my service areas below for specific cities.

What if it rains on my wedding day?
This is one of the biggest things I help with. We’ll talk through backup plans well in advance so that if weather becomes a factor, there’s already a plan in place. On the day itself, I’ll make the calls and coordinate the pivot so you don’t have to stress about it.
