What will it look like to work with Ever Weddings?
No matter how early or late you are in the planning process, it’s not too late to book with me. Here’s how it works, from first hello to your wedding day.
1. Let’s chat
First, we’ll hop on a call or grab coffee to talk about your wedding plans and get to know each other. I want to hear about your vision, your venue, your style, and anything that’s on your mind. This is also your chance to make sure we’re a good fit — I want you to feel completely comfortable with the person who’ll be by your side on your big day.
2. I’m in your corner
From the moment you book, I’m available. Need a vendor recommendation? Not sure about a detail? Have a question at 9pm on a Tuesday? That’s what I’m here for. You handle the planning, and I’m your sounding board and safety net along the way.
3. Let’s get into the details
A few months before your wedding, we’ll start diving deeper. We’ll build out your wedding day timeline, review every detail — from ceremony order to vendor arrivals — and make sure nothing’s been overlooked. This is where I take the mental load off your plate so you can shift from planning mode to excitement mode.
4. I’ll take it from here
As your wedding day approaches, I’ll reach out to your vendors and become their main point of contact. You can officially let go of the reins. No more fielding emails from the caterer or confirming details with the florist — that’s my job now.
5. Rehearsal
I’ll be there to run your rehearsal, make sure your wedding party knows the plan, answer everyone’s questions, and send you off to get a good night’s rest.
6. Your wedding day
This is the day everything comes together. I’ll manage the timeline, coordinate your vendors, help your family and wedding party, handle any surprises, and make sure you and your partner are fully present for every moment. When someone has a question or something needs attention, they come to me — not you.
You’ll look back on your wedding day and remember the joy, not the logistics.
