What will it look like to work with Ever Weddings?

We’ll start by getting to know each other. We’ll give you some background on us, how we’ll work together, and answer any questions you have. Once you decide we’re a good fit, we’ll sign a contract, get a deposit down, and it’ll be official!

Unlike other coordinators, we won’t disappear until the wedding month. We’ll be available to share our industry knowledge whenever you need it for questions, advice, vendor recommendations, and tips regarding your wedding. We’ll even set you up with access to our full planning suite online, with tools to help you stay organized and keep the planning process clean and simple!

A few months out from your wedding day, we’ll start planning the details. We’ll put together a timeline, ceremony layout, processional/recessional order, determine décor placement, and make sure we haven’t missed anything.

Closer to your wedding day, we’ll reach out to your vendors and become their main point of contact so that you can let go of the reigns and enjoy yourself and your family. When you see Eliza or Michelle at the rehearsal, she’ll make sure everyone’s questions are answered and send you off to get a good night’s rest before you meet again on your wedding day!
